Colt Second Model Deringer, mfg. c. 1890 near end of production, single shot .41RF caliber, 2.5" round barrel with release button at right, top of barrel marked on two lines "Colt's PTFA Mfg. Co, Hartford, Ct. U.S.A., No 2", light scrolled engraving at frame, caliber listed below barrel release button, checkered walnut grips, serial number matched at barrel and butt, trigger and hammer action works correctly, bore is bright with good rifling, finish believed to be nickel is estimated 40% with loss, barrel release button does not move, SN 9262
