Description: In addition to our regular offerings from Indonesia and in the tradition of  the American Craft movement of the mid 20th century we offer a new collection of furniture that can be best described as “natures beauty gently modified for use by man”.   This collection will feature pieces in the style of George Nakashima (1905-1990) made with specially selected slabs of Meh and Tamarind Wood.  Included is an 8’ dining table with a 2” thick slab top, a 6 ½’ dining table with a 3” thick top, several sets of dining chairs, a Tamarind slab top desk, and other pieces.
